Callie Jesse Raphael

The newest addition to our family is Callie. She came to us through a local animal rescue organization. Her sweet face and playful personality made her completely irresistible to us. We adopted this beautiful Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix in May and have truly loved having her in the "Future Haymaker Family."

Graduation!

The wedding is almsot 3 months away, but we haven't exactly had time to worry about that... in May, I turned 29 AND obtained my Masters in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Drew, Mom, Papa, Charlotte & Michael attended my Hooding Ceremony then took me out for a fun dinner. It was a very special day for me and I enjoyed having my family there to celebrate with me. We are also looking forward to the birth of Charlotte' 2nd child- a boy! Baby Brown is due in mid-June!

Snow Day #2

Well Sally and I are snowed in again. Last night I was able to walk across the breezeway to Lindsey's for some Wii & Wine. It was great to see real people. Today, Sally has been lazy while I've gotten some "exercise" playing the Wii.

Snow Day!

Well they've been talking about this terrible snow storm for days and it has finally arrived. It was great timing, too. On Tuesdays I have school AND work... what a great time to be snowed in! :) The snow is still falling and I think I might be stuck home for a few days. I just wish Drew was with me & not stuck in his own ice storm in Ohio.

Bridesmaids!!

I am thrilled to announce that I have selected my Bridesmaids! I am honored to have these 6 beautiful women celebrate my Big Day with me!! Thanks ladies!!

Meredith Walck Wolfe has been one of my favorites since we were introduced and became roommates in 2005.




Kelly Ryan and I met at Mustang Corral in 2000. We lived together our Sophomore year and have been amazing friends ever since!!



Amelia Bardwell and I were introduced through Chase Key... incidentally enough she met her husband through me!!



Nikki Smith and I met in 2007 and lived together in 2009. I'm so lucky to have her as a friend!

The last few months have kept me busy, but it is definitely time to start wedding planning!! Drew & I set our wedding date for 9-10-11 in Oklahoma City at Westminster Presbyterian Church. The reception will be held at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club. We booked the band and registered at B.C. Clark, Williams Sonoma and Bed, Bath & Beyond. Drew was home from Ohio for 12 days and we were able to spend Christmas Eve & Christmas with both of our families, go to the Armed Forces Bowl (SMU played Army), spend New Year's Eve together, AND do a little bit of wedding planning. It was crazy busy, but wonderful to have so much time to be together.
